Customer Care is Very Important to Us

Time & Tide Jewellery would like you to be happy with your order. If you have any complaint or are dissatisfied with our service in any way, please contact us immediately by email. If we are satisfied that you have a genuine reason for complaint, you will be asked to return the item in question in the same condition you received it. This should be within 14 days of purchase and you will then receive a full refund.

Delivery Charges

Overseas orders will be charged at the same rate as the UK. However we do not accept overseas orders for heavier items such as Jewellery Boxes and Stands as the delivery charge would be prohibitive.

A standard fee of £3.50 will be charged for postage and packing. Where a heavier/larger or more valuable item incurs the higher charge of £5.50 this delivery charge will be clearly shown alongside the item advertised. Where more than one item is purchased and unless otherwise specified, we will endeavour to include this within the original postage and packing charge, but we reserve the right to increase this charge if necessary and you will be advised of any increase.

Delivery Time & Conditions.

We aim to deliver your order within 7 days or less, but please allow a maximum of 14 days. If an item is delayed or temporarily out of stock you will be advised by email or telephone. If an item you have already paid for becomes unavailable you will receive a full refund.

We can not refund postage or courier charges already incurred when dispatching your purchase, if, through no fault of our own, or our couriers, we are unable to deliver your order. We cannot be held liable for any loss, including consequential loss, if an order does not arrive in time, but we will do our utmost to deliver within the delivery time specified.

Security

Security is important to us, for this reason we use PayPal who are approved for this purpose by all the major UK High Street Banks.

PayPal specialise in online authorisation of debit and credit card transactions on the internet. In order to process your payment PayPal collects certain personal information from you, which it holds in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

PAYMENT by CHEQUE. If you prefer to send a cheque please make it payable to Time & Tide Jewellery. Your order will be sent as soon as your cheque clears.

We will never pass on your name, address or telephone no. to other people, but may email you occasionally with special offers.

The above does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

At the moment we are not VAT Registered; therefore you will not be charged VAT on any transaction.
